Payment and invoices

Payment happens on Stripe’s page. The Folto app never handles card numbers.

  • Settings › Plan & Billing › Payment method and invoices › Open opens Stripe’s page
  • There you can change your card, download receipts and invoices, and cancel
  • Prices exclude tax

If a payment fails

Section titled “If a payment fails”

If a payment can’t go through (for example, an expired card), Settings › Plan & Billing shows a notice. You keep your plan for a few days; update your payment method in that time.
