What’s sent when you use Folto AI
Section titled “What’s sent when you use Folto AI”When you ask Folto AI something, your request and the file and board contents needed for the task go through Folto’s servers to the AI (Anthropic’s Claude). Files not sent to AI are never sent.
What’s stored on our servers
Section titled “What’s stored on our servers”- Your account (email address and display name)
- Your plan and usage (when, which model, how much — not your requests or content)
- Payments are handled by Stripe; Folto never holds card numbers
Claude Code and Codex
Section titled “Claude Code and Codex”The board MCP runs only on this Mac. Whether Claude Code or Codex send board contents to their AI follows their own policies.
