Usage
Each plan includes a monthly amount of Folto AI. It goes down with the model you use and the size of the task (how much it reads and writes). Stronger models use more.
Using the board from Claude Code or Codex doesn’t count (they run on their own subscriptions).
Settings › Usage shows the share used this month, the reset date, and a breakdown by model. Past 80%, a banner also appears in the sessions panel.

When you reach the limit
Section titled “When you reach the limit”- Plus · Pro: keep going with credits
- Free · Connect: wait for the reset, or move to Plus
- Using the board from Claude Code and Codex keeps working regardless
When usage passes 50%, 80%, and 100%, Folto sends a Mac notification if you’re not looking at the app.
