Diagrams
Common diagrams can be placed with a skeleton as a diagram. Inside a diagram frame, new items line up according to the diagram’s rules.
| Diagram | How it works |

| Flowchart | Connect steps and decisions with lines. Add the next step with + or Tab and it lines up along the flow. |
| Swimlane | Place cards in a grid of owners (lanes) × stages. Move a card to another cell to reclassify it. |
| Tree | A hierarchy of parents and children. Add a child with + or Tab, a sibling with the + on the right. |
| Timeline | Lay out events by point in time. Add one with the + on a point. |
- Click Diagram (M) in the toolbar and choose a type
- Click the board to place it with a skeleton (drag to set its size)
You can also select an existing frame and change it with Diagram at the top.
- Select an item and use the + or ⇥ (Tab) to add the next item or a child
- In a tree, the + on the right adds a sibling
- Change the direction (horizontal or vertical) with the frame selected
